The smooth stone on this necklace has not been cut or altered in any way, except the addition of the googly eyes. Every rock is truely unique, making this pendant a one of a kind piece of earthy wearable art. The stone in the photos is the exact one you will receive. The cord is 17" long with an extra 2" chain that can be adjusted. It's easy to put on and take off with the lobster claw closure. The pendant measures approximately 1" long and 3/4" wide.
