Grumbly Tumbleweed – Shipping Policy

At Grumbly Tumbleweed, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Processing Time
- All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information (except for sticker envelopes, where tracking is unavailable) once your order has shipped.
- Please note that during peak seasons or promotions, processing times may take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

2. Shipping Methods
- We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.
- We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx for all domestic orders. For international orders, we partner with USPS International and other reliable carriers.

3. Domestic Shipping
- We proudly ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the size of your order, your location, and the shipping method you select. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
  
4. International Shipping

-We do not offer international shipping to select countries at this time, but will in the future. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your location.
- Customers will be responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply to international shipments. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are determined by your local customs office.
  
5. Shipping Delays
- While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Grumbly Tumbleweed is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) or factors beyond our control (such as weather, holidays, or strikes).
- If there’s a significant delay, we will do our best to assist you, and we encourage you to contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

6. Address Accuracy
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Grumbly Tumbleweed is not responsible for undelivered or misdirected shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
- If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at grumblytumbleweed@hotmail.com. We may be able to update it before your order is shipped.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- In the rare case that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to us at grumblytumbleweed@hotmail.com. We’ll help you file a claim with the carrier and do our best to resolve the issue.
- We recommend inspecting your package immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within  days of receipt with photos of the damage so we can assist you further.

8. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (except for sticker envelopes, where tracking is unavailable) so you can follow its journey. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

9. P.O. Boxes
- We do ship to P.O. Boxes for domestic orders, but please be aware that certain shipping methods (like expedited options) may not be available to P.O. Box addresses.

10. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
- At this time, we can only ship orders to one address per order. If you'd like to send items to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders.
