Grumbly Tumbleweed - Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most unused, unwashed, unaltered items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—tags on (if applicable), unused, and with its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake on our end (oops—we’re only human).

To start a return, just shoot us an email at grumblytumbleweed@hotmail.com with your order number and a quick note about the issue.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. It can take 3–5 business days to show up on your statement, depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
Need a different size or want to swap an item? Just reach out—we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Final Sale Items
Some items are marked final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged—these are usually limited edition, clearance, or some custom-made items. If you’re not sure, feel free to ask before you order!
